Paul Midson

As one of the founding directors, Paul holds the position of managing director and has over 45 years experience in the surveying industry. Paul has worked in NSW, QLD & Papua New Guinea, has been a licenced/cadastral & engineering surveyor for 33 years and a project manager for the past 27 years.

Paul has extensive experience in land development, building titling and infrastructure projects and has been involved in projects such as Citimark' Evolution, Brisbane Square, Felix, Flynn Apartments, Numerous telecommunication projects and 35 years of development with the Kimberley Forest master planned community.

Steve Grehan

Steve has been a Director of Goodwin Midson since 1990, is the manager of the Boonah office and has extensive experience in town planning & land subdivision. Steve has over 33 years of experience in the industry, 20 years as a licenced/cadastral surveyor and project manager

Steve has expetise in all facets of urban and rural land development and infrastructure projects and has been involved in projects such as Wyaralong Dam, Kawana Waters Estate, Brisbane Airport, Morayfield Shopping Centre, Teneriffe Wharves redevelopment, Rangeview Rural, Harrisville Rural and Teviot Rise Residential Estates and MRT Singapore Tail Tunnel.

Alistair Byrom

Alistair is a director of Goodwin Midson and has an active role in the management of the company. Alistair has over 22 years experience in the surveying industry and has been a licenced/cadastral surveyor for 17 years, is the chairman of ASIBA and is the private practitioners' representative on NR&W's Survey Standards Committee.

Alistair has extensive experience in all facets of land development, building titling and infrastructure projects and is currently project manager for the Kawana Waters Estate He has also been involved in projects such as Econova S3 (Sustainable Residential Development), SE Bus Way and Site Acquisition and titling numerous telecommunications sites.

Rob Fulloon

Rob is a director of Goodwin Midson, has an active role in management of the company and is currently the finance manager and the Sunshine Coast Manager. Rob has over 22 years experience in the surveying industry, has been a licenced/cadastral surveyor for 16 years and has over 15 years experience in the Mapping/GIS industry.

Rob has extensive experience in all facets of land development, building titling and mapping/GIS and is currently a project manager for the Kawana Waters Estate, Motolife and Centrepoint developments. He has also been involved in projects such as Brightwater Master Planned Community, The Plantation Rainbow Beach, Woodgate Beach Estate, Surfair and Maroochydore Hotel redevelopment.

Kevin Jordan

Kevin has 33 years experience in the surveying industry with extensive experience in project management for all types of developments and cadastral surveys.

Kevin is our Hervey Bay manager and has been a licenced/cadastral surveyor for more than 23 years. Since moving to Hervey Bay in 1990, Kevin has been involved with many of the major projects that have occurred on the Fraser Coast. These include expansion of the Urangan Boat Harbour, extension of the Hervey Bay Airport and strata titling of Peppers Pier Resort.

Daphne Stephens

Daphne is a development planner with extensive experience in both government and private enterprise throughout South East Queensland. Daphne is town planning manager for the Brisbane office and oversees the professional development of all planning staff.

Daphne's experience includes master and structure planning, development advice, due diligence, appeals and all facets of development assessment (DA) planning including industrial, commercial, retail, residential, aged care and community developments.

Michael Greenslade

Michael is a licenced/cadastral surveyor with many years experience in all facets of surveying. He is currently Survey manager of the Brisbane office and a project manager for a variety of infrastructure corridors and land developments.

Michael has worked extensively across QLD and also in NSW, ACT and SA. He has been involved in projects such as Cedar Grove Weir, Northern Pipeline Infrastructure, Western Pipeline, Rangeview Estate and the Mews Apartments.

Drew Westbrook

Drew is a town planner/economist with extensive experience in community consultation, urban design and master planning, mapping/GIS, strategic and development assessment (DA) planning and as an expert witness. He specialises in mixed-use (including TODs), retirement and aged care developments, economic needs analysis, demographic trends and transport planning.

Drew is currently town planning manager for the Sunshine Coast office, undertaking DA work both locally and throughout Queensland.

Diana Russell

Diana is a town planner based in out Brisbane office and has considerable experience in urban management housing and social policy with local, state and commonwealth governments, major urban renewal projects, community consultation, management of affordable housing projects and in recent years working in development assessment.

Diana's development applications include residential and industrial subdivisions, multi-unit dwellings, child care centres, schools, industry and small lot housing. Diana has extensive experience in the Moreton Bay region and is a committee member of the UDIA Moreton bay branch.

Wayne Keyworth

Wayne is a licenced/cadastral surveyor with over 25 years experience surveying in South East Queensland, mainly on the Sunshine Coast. Wayne is one of out Sunshine Coast project managers and has worked on numerous medium and high-rise building and infrastructure corridor projects. He has been involved with North Buderim Village, Kingfisher Bay and recently participated in a large easement survey for a coal seam gas pipeline from Moranbah to Gladstone.
