Citimark - Felix Street, "Petrie Point", "Evolution" and "Flynn" Apartments

Various industrial and residential estates, inner city units including a 40 storey residential building on the corner of Felix and Mary Streets.  Petrie Point, also for client Citimark, involved the development of 183 luxury individual terrace homes and apartments.  The 2.7Ha development was completed in late 2000.
